At Le Specs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for all full-priced items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags and protective packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your sunglasses in their original hard case and box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
